In the face of the biodiversity crisis, we are collaborating with local nature groups and our council biodiversity officer to encourage people to contribute to the development of local nature recovery plans that will help improve the health of our natural environment.

In early 2026, Friends of the Earth Barnet organised a webinar to encourage people to use the iNaturalist app to record sightings of local nature  – an easy way to become a citizen scientist.
